Tim founded the company in 2000, when he bought Touchstone from a previous employer. Tim’s commitment to Paladin’s development is total. He recognised very early on that the company’s assets, in terms of clients and people, provided an excellent platform for growth. As a qualified chartered accountant, Tim understands the need to build value into the business, for clients and shareholders alike. He is driven by a desire to be the best rather than the biggest: a commitment to quality that nonetheless promises real and exciting growth for the future.
