Pension
We want to help you save for the future. Our pension scheme is with Aviva; it is a group pension plan so both you and Paladin Group contribute.

Childcare vouchers
Paladin supports working parents and understands the demands that are placed on you, so we have introduced childcare vouchers through Sodexho Pass. Provided through a tax efficient salary sacrifice scheme, these are tax and NI free up to £234 per month.

Cycle2work
We encourage all our employees to stay fit and healthy by offering a tax efficient way to purchase a bike and accessories, providing that you use the bike to cycle to work regularly.

Season ticket loans
We would like to encourage all our employees to travel sustainably to and from work. Therefore, interest-free loans are available so you can spread the cost of your season ticket throughout the year.

Buying and selling holidays
We know how important it is for you to take a break and that sometimes you need more flexibility, so after one year with the Paladin Group, you will have an option to buy up to 5 extra days holiday a year or, alternatively, to sell them.

Life assurance plan
You can be reassured that your family will looked after if the unthinkable happens because we provide life insurance which will pay out four times your salary on the event of your death.
